Twenty-eight different cost items comprise the price of a loaf of rye or rye-wheat flour blend bread. Each row details a specific element: from raw materials and basic materials net of returnable waste to production costs, transport costs, and trade markups. Parameters are provided in two formats: in absolute terms in rubles and as a percentage of the final retail price. For example, raw materials and basic materials net of returnable waste cost 11.51 rubles, which accounts for 23.69 percent of the total product cost
