The rows differ by reference base: the first shows dynamics relative to the previous month, the second relates the current price level to December of the preceding year. Analysis should consider seasonal price swings of specific product groups and overall economic trends affecting pricing throughout the year

What is visible in these numbers

Observations are monthly, with 432 periods in the set. Out of 864 possible values, 465 are filled (53.8%). A smaller part of the table is filled, therefore direct comparison of positions between periods may be misleading

Price series are used for indexing contracts and tariffs, recalculating revenue into comparable prices, and assessing inflation expectations
