This Rosstat data shows the components of retail prices for live, fresh, or chilled fish. It contains thirty rows, each describing a specific cost element, from raw material costs to trade markups. For each cost element, the value is provided in rubles and as a percentage of the final product cost. These data illustrate the proportion of the price attributed to raw materials versus other costs, allowing for a comparison of the contribution of various cost items to the final product price
