Period and application

Rosstat data on price indices for grain purchased by industrial organizations covers the period from January to May 2026. These indicators are used for detailed analysis of raw material costs in the agro-industrial complex and for calculating the cost of final products. The information tracks price changes for wheat and other pulses at the beginning of the year. This data is used by corporate economists, procurement specialists, and raw material market analysts

How it is calculated

The figures are useful for price revisions, disputes with suppliers regarding indexation, and calculating real rather than nominal sales dynamics
