Grain price indices for industrial organizations changed monthly throughout 2023. The table contains 76 rows, each showing the price change for a specific type of grain or processed product relative to January, which is set at 100. For example, the index for cereals and legumes was 100.6 in December, compared to 100 in January. These indicators allow for tracking the volatility of raw material purchase prices for food production during the calendar year
