Quarterly indices track changes in communication service prices for organizations throughout 2024. The list contains 25 rows, including an aggregate indicator for all communication services, national postal services, and fees for sending a standard letter weighing up to 20 grams. The data covers the first to fourth quarters and shows the relative change in service costs compared to previous periods

Period and application

Statistics are collected for the entire Russian Federation and are useful for planning business communication and postal logistics expenditures. Information is updated quarterly as data is received from operators and postal services. This data is intended for accountants, financial directors, and telecommunications market analysts

How it is calculated

The figures will be useful for price list revisions, disputes with suppliers regarding indexation, and calculating real, rather than nominal, sales dynamics

Source caveats: Excluding statistical information for the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions
