Comparing values allows for tracking price changes for sending documents or funds throughout the year. For example, the tariff for sending a standard letter weighing up to 20 grams was 26.96 in the first quarter and reached 28.93 in the fourth. This helps assess the dynamics of postal communication costs across different periods of the year
