Throughout 2020, industrial organizations purchased grain at prices that changed monthly, and this table records the dynamics of these changes. It presents price indices for major grain types and their processed products, including wheat, legumes, and flour and groats industry goods. The rows clearly show how price indices for wheat, legumes, and finished flour products differed from one another in each specific month of the year. This allows for a detailed tracking of raw material price fluctuations for industrial users throughout all twelve months
