Each row represents a specific material or structure, such as natural sand or gravel, and each column from January to December shows the monthly price index. Natural sand had an index of 97.92 in January and 97.96 in December, allowing even minor price changes to be tracked in detail

Period and application

All indices are compiled for the year and cover the entire calendar year. The publication contains 106 items of construction materials purchased monthly by construction organizations. This information is used by builders, analysts, and customers to assess construction costs and choose the most cost-effective procurement times

How it is calculated

Such series are used to recalculate long-term contracts, adjust revenue from previous years to current value, and check whether the selling price exceeds the general price increase
