The September index was published by Rosstat in October 2025. These data are useful for economists analyzing inflation, entrepreneurs planning pricing policy, and anyone monitoring changes in the consumer market. The information is presented across 745 commodity items

How it is calculated

Price series are used for indexing contracts and tariffs, recalculating revenue into comparable prices, and assessing inflationary expectations
