Industrial grain costs over various years can be determined from statistics on average prices for purchased raw materials. The list presents three series: total wheat, durum wheat, and wheat excluding durum, allowing for a comparison of costs between specific varieties. The data covers the period from 2010 to 2021 and encompasses the entire territory of the Russian Federation
