This table allows comparison of average per capita cash income in each region with the subsistence minimum. Rows represent constituent entities of the Russian Federation, showing which regions exceed the subsistence minimum severalfold and which do so by a smaller margin. Data are quarterly, covering Q1 2013 to Q1 2026 and updated each quarter
Rosstat data for 2013–2026. Number of series: 86, periods: 53. The breakdown is by the following items: Russian Federation; Belgorod Oblast; Bryansk Oblast; Vladimir Oblast; Voronezh Oblast and others
Moscow: the indicator increased from 493.4 to 657.8 over 2013-Q1–2026-Q1 — by 33.3%. The maximum value is 858.7 (2025-Q4), the minimum is 353 (2016-Q1). Up to 2019-Q3 the change was −13.3%, after — +53.8%. Out of 86 largest series, 75 increased, 11 decreased

For example, in some regions income exceeds the subsistence minimum by more than three times, while in others it exceeds it by only 10–15 percent. To observe these differences, compare rows or track dynamics within a single constituent entity over several years

Observations are quarterly, the set contains 53 observation periods. There are 4 542 values in the table out of 4 558 possible, which is 99.6%; there are practically no gaps in the data
