Average per capita monetary incomes of the population by years
74 932 rubles per month, 2025 +10 973 to 2024
All monetary incomes of the population for a year, divided by the population size and by twelve months. Unlike wages, this includes pensions, benefits, incomes from entrepreneurship, property and asset sales, and they are divided among everyone—including children and non‑workers.
It is a mean, not a typical income: high incomes of a minority pull it upward. Half of the population earns less than the mean.
The indicator is always lower than average wages because the denominator includes the whole population, not only the employed.
For 2011–2012 incomes were calculated using the previous methodology of the balance of monetary incomes and expenditures, so they should be compared with later values cautiously.
Only completed years are shown. Quarters and half‑years from the source table are not included in the annual summary.
