How to read this table

Comparing rows reveals varying rates of resource cost changes within the same half-year. For example, the index for natural sand was 106.45 in January and reached 108.54 by July. The table includes 105 rows, detailed by classification codes, which helps assess price dynamics for each product type individually. Comparing this data provides construction companies with an understanding of which specific structural components contribute most to the total change in construction costs throughout the period under review

Period and application

The data covers the period from January to July 2026 and was prepared by Rosstat based on monitoring the procurement prices of construction organizations. The information is useful for company executives, estimators, and analysts involved in pricing, budget planning, and material cost control. Current data allows for the adjustment of financial strategies and more accurate accounting for the impact of inflationary processes when calculating the cost of construction and installation works in the current year

How it is calculated

The figures will be useful when revising price lists, disputing indexation with a supplier, and calculating real, rather than nominal, sales dynamics
