How to read this table

Differences between rows consist of the names of specific materials and parts used in metallurgical production. For price analysis, it is useful to compare indicators for the same product across different months, tracking index growth or decline from January to May. For example, for natural sands, the index changed from 100.63 in January to 103.08 in May. This detailed breakdown helps construction companies monitor current trends in raw material procurement costs for the current year

Period and application

The presented data covers the period from January to May 2026. The information is useful for procurement specialists, construction sector analysts, and metallurgical production market participants for assessing inflationary processes. Information is updated by Rosstat as part of price monitoring for investment goods. Using these indices allows for more accurate construction project budget planning and adjustment of estimated work costs based on actual market price changes

How it is calculated

The figures are useful for price list revisions, disputes with suppliers regarding indexation, and calculating real rather than nominal sales dynamics
