From 2010 to 2022, the number of residential institutions for elderly citizens and persons with disabilities in Russia, as well as the number of places and residents, changed. In 2010, there were 1475 such institutions, whereas by 2022, their number was 1226. Indicators are recorded at year-end, describing the state of the social services system for adults and children over twelve years. Data are presented as national totals
