The presented data reflect the practices of using various fats and oils in home cooking. The statistics cover the share of households using edible fats, as well as the category of the population that completely avoids them during food preparation. Indicators are provided for the Russian Federation as a whole and separately for the Arctic zone, allowing for the identification of regional characteristics in dietary behavior and food culture in the northern regions of the country
