Retail sales indicators for flour for 2025 are presented by all constituent entities of the Russian Federation, federal districts, and the country as a whole. The table contains 96 rows, each corresponding to a specific region or district, enabling a detailed analysis of demand geography. Sales volume is recorded in thousand rubles, and demand dynamics are provided as physical volume indices in constant prices relative to the corresponding periods of the previous year

How to read this table
Rows differ by territorial affiliation, covering all levels of administrative division from federal districts to individual regions. Both absolute indicators of actual revenue in thousand rubles and relative physical volume indices can be compared. This makes it possible to assess which parts of the country experienced the fastest growth or decline in flour demand during 2025, using constant price parameters to exclude the effect of inflation

Statistics cover periods from January-March to January-December 2025. This data is updated by Rosstat as reporting is received from retail outlets and will be useful for consumer market analysts, food industry representatives, and regional economy researchers tracking the sales dynamics of basic food products in the current year
How it is calculated
Trade turnover is used to assess the capacity of regional markets, select locations for points of sale, and compare demand dynamics
Source caveats: Excluding statistical information on the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), Zaporozhye and Kherson regions
