This indicator reflects the share of specialized stores in the total sales structure of canned fruits, vegetables, and nuts as a percentage of the corresponding product group. From 2017 to 2024, Rosstat tracks trends for ninety-six items, including the Russian Federation, federal districts, and individual regions. In 2017, the national value was 1.79 percent, and by 2024, the indicator reached 1.903615989 percent. These data help assess the demand for specialized retail outlets within the overall canned goods market

The data cover the period from 2017 to 2024 and are updated annually by Rosstat. Using these data makes it possible to track changes in consumer preferences and the development of trade infrastructure across various constituent entities of the Federation over eight years

How it is calculated

Retail turnover per capita shows where the consumer is solvent and whether it is worth opening a point of sale, and where the market is already saturated
