Catering turnover
Billions of rubles and percent to the previous year in constant prices describe the state of the public catering market in the country from 2000 to 2024. The table rows differ by measurement method: the first records monetary turnover at current prices, the second reflects changes in volume in constant prices, excluding the effect of inflation, and the third shows turnover per capita in rubles.
