Correspondence of graduates' employment with their field of study
The degree of alignment between 2016–2018 university graduates' jobs and their field of study is shown by the number and share of mismatches. Rows are categorized by broad specialty groups, including mathematics, mechanics, and computer science, with a national total row included. Columns show the number of employed individuals and the percentage of those in positions unrelated to their degree. Data were collected during the 2019 sample labor force survey

How to read this table
Comparing data across different fields of study allows for assessing which industries have higher job-field alignment and which see graduates moving into related fields. Absolute numbers of employed individuals can be compared with relative percentages to show the actual mismatch share for each specialty group. This helps determine how effectively the qualifications of young specialists are utilized in the labor market across various educational programs
What is visible in these numbers
The dataset includes the following indicators: Number of employed graduates 2016-2018 - total; including by specialty match — matches; including by specialty match — does not match; in percent — matches; in percent — does not match
Cells with numbers 125 out of 125 (100%) — there are practically no gaps
