Residential buildings under construction in Russia
at year-end
This data shows how many residential buildings remained unfinished in the country at year-end from 2000 to 2025. The first row counts the buildings, the second their total area in millions of square meters, and the third isolates those objects where construction was suspended or mothballed. These rows show how the volume of unfinished construction changed over twenty-six years: in 2000 the number of buildings was 41.1 thousand, and by 2025 it decreased to 10.1 thousand. The indicators are annual and are published based on year-end results
