Over twenty-six years, the scale of new building completions in Russia changed from 119.7 to 503.1 thousand units. The statistics record the total number of buildings, as well as the number of residential and non-residential structures separately. Data is presented in thousands of buildings per year from 2000 to 2025, covering the entire country. This allows for tracking the structure of real estate completions by primary use
