From 2019 to 2024, the price per square meter in the primary market rose from 64059 to 177887 rubles. This dataset includes annual average housing prices for primary and secondary markets, as well as price indices expressed as a percentage of the previous year-end. 1) Изменение средних цен на рынке жилья отличается от индексов цен за соответствующий период, так как средние цены рассчитываются как средневзвешенные значения по тому виду квартир, реализация которых осуществлялась в отчетном периоде, с учетом ежегодной актуализации выборки отчитывающихся организаций и наблюдаемых типов квартир. Индексы цен на рынке жилья рассчитываются из сопоставимых цен по типам квартир и сопоставимого круга наблюдаемых организаций в сравниваемых периодах.
