The table contains six rows showing the total number and a breakdown by first, second, and third disability groups, as well as the number of children with disabilities. The total number of persons with disabilities decreased from 12111 thousand in 2018 to 10933 thousand in 2023. This data helps identify the predominant group within the structure

1) В общую численность инвалидов включаются лица, состоящие на учете и получающие пенсию по инвалидности в системе Фонда пенсионного и социального страхования Российской Федерации (до 1 января 2023 г. – Пенсионного фонда Российской Федерации), Министерстве обороны Российской Федерации, Министерстве внутренних дел Российской Федерации, Федеральной службе безопасности Российской Федерации, Федеральной службе исполнения наказаний, начиная с 2017 г. – с учетом лиц, состоящих на учете в системе Следственного комитета Российской Федерации и Генеральной прокуратуры Российской Федерации, с 2021 года – лица, получающие пенсию в системе Федеральной службы судебных приставов. Начиная с 2018 г. приведены данные Пенсионного фонда Российской Федерации, с 2023 г. – Фонда пенсионного и социального страхования Российской Федерации.
