From 2018 to 2023, the total number of payment recipients in the country changed. The statistics distinguish all pensioners as a whole, as well as groups by age and disability. Rows are categorized by recipient type, allowing for a comparison of the share of persons of retirement age and persons with disabilities in the total population. Figures are in thousands of people and are current as of January 1 of each year

1) В общую численность пенсионеров включаются лица, состоящие на учете и получающие пенсию в системе Фонда пенсионного и социального страхования Российской Федерации (2018-2022 г. – Пенсионного фонда Российской Федерации), Министерстве обороны Российской Федерации, Министерстве внутренних дел Российской Федерации, Федеральной службе безопасности Российской Федерации, Федеральной службе исполнения наказаний, а также судьи, пребывающие в отставке, состоящие на учете в Судебном департаменте при Верховном Суде Российской Федерации и получающие ежемесячное пожизненное содержание, с 1 января 2017 г. – лица, получающую пенсию в системе Генеральной прокуратуры Российской Федерации и Следственного комитета Российской Федерации, с 1 января 2021 г. – лица, получающие пенсию в системе Федеральной службы судебных приставов.
2) Приведены данные о численности лиц, состоящих на учете и получающих пенсию в системе Фонда пенсионного и социального страхования Российской Федерации.
3) Без учета данных по г. Байконуру.
4) Данные на 1 января 2018 – на 1 января 2022 гг. публикуются без учета итогов ВПН-2020.
5) В соответствии с Федеральном планом статистических работ срок предоставления данных по балансу затрат труда – 15 августа 2024 г.
