The share of various farm types in livestock product output for the period 2010–2021 is expressed as a percentage. The rows distinguish total volumes across all categories, agricultural organization indicators, and household data. This enables tracking the proportion of livestock and poultry for slaughter (live weight) produced by large enterprises versus the private sector. The data is annual and covers the entire country

How to read this table

Comparing indicators is facilitated by the distinction between large agro-holdings and small-scale farms. The table presents three rows: the total for all categories, the share of agricultural organizations, and the share of households. The difference between them illustrates the redistribution of livestock and poultry for slaughter (live weight) production volumes between the industrial and private subsistence sectors. Since the total for all categories always equals 100 percent, changes in one row are immediately reflected in the others
