The number of personnel required by companies to fill vacancies as of October 31 each year from 2008 to 2016. The rows present various types of economic activity, from agriculture to fishing, allowing for an assessment of personnel shortages in specific economic sectors. The information is collected through a sample survey of organizations and reflects actual labor demand across the country

Comparing data across different years helps identify sectors where labor demand remained stable and where it changed. Data are presented in quantitative terms for each industry separately
