The five largest values: Russian Federation (18 920), Northwestern Federal District (4 536), Central Federal District (3 705), Moscow Oblast (2 114), Vladimir Oblast (348.5). The gap between the largest and smallest is 2 041 times. The top five account for 94.3% of the total for all positions — the distribution is heavily skewed toward the top
Row differences allow for comparison between federal, district, and specific regional indicators, such as Belgorod Oblast.
