Provision of subsidies to citizens for housing and utility services
From 2000 to 2025 the number of families receiving housing assistance varied from 3.21 to 1.75 million. The list includes three indicators: number of beneficiary families, their share of total families, and total amount of subsidies granted in billions of rubles. Data are compiled nationwide on an annual basis, allowing tracking of state support volumes and the proportion of those in need over twenty‑six years
