Period and application
This data is compiled to analyze the consumer basket and food price dynamics in the country. The data is updated annually and is included in the Russian Statistical Yearbook. This information is useful for economists, retailers, and anyone monitoring price changes for staple food products
1) in 2000 – sausage, cooked, highest grade;
2) in 2000 – beef, pork canned stewed; per conditional can of 350 g; in 2019 – 2021 - tinned meat, 350 g;
3) in 2000 – 2021 – canned fish without / with oil additives, 350 g;
4) in 2000 – 2021 – sunflower oil, per kg;
5) in 2000 – bread and bakery of high grade wheat flour;
6) in 2000 – vodka, 40% and over, ordinary. 2019 – 2022. - vodka with a strength of 40% vol. alcohol and above.
