The list presents three categories: total number of tourists, domestic trips within Russia, and trips to CIS countries. How to read this table

The rows are categorized by geography, allowing for tracking the structure of demand for domestic and near-abroad tourism. By comparing the total with the figures for Russia and the CIS, the share of each destination in the total market volume can be observed. This helps to understand how traveler preferences were distributed over fifteen years

What is visible in these numbers

The table is 80% filled: Rosstat does not publish every cell, and the gaps are left as they are rather than interpolated.

Statistics are compiled from the 2025 Russian Statistical Yearbook. The information is relevant for studying tourism market dynamics and infrastructure load planning. Rosstat data are updated annually and contain information on thousands of people sent on tours
