Period and application
The data was compiled by Rosstat for the 2024 Russian Statistical Yearbook. The coverage includes 24 time periods starting from 1914, making this dataset useful for historians, demographers, and sociologists. Data is updated with each yearbook release, so the information's relevance is tied to the publication date. This data enables analysis of long-term trends in higher education workforce training and the dynamics of educational coverage over a full century
