How to read this table
The differences between rows are due to the chronology of the introduction of new subsistence minimum values, making it possible to compare the level of provision at different stages of 2021 and 2022. In the columns, indicators are grouped by socio-demographic categories, allowing for a comparison of the minimum amount for different segments of society. The value for the total population of 11653 rubles at the beginning of 2021 serves as a starting point for assessing the dynamics of payments and state social standards throughout the entire study period

Period and application
The statistics are prepared based on the 2024 Russian Statistical Yearbook and are useful for analyzing state social policy. They clearly demonstrate how financial neediness criteria changed during 2021–2023.
