In 2005, 214128 persons with disabilities applied to employment services for assistance in finding suitable work, and by 2024 this number was 80414 persons. The indicator reflects the annual dynamics of this category of citizens' participation in employment assistance programs. The table rows distinguish between the total number of applicants and those who successfully found work or gainful employment, allowing for an assessment of the effectiveness of interaction between job seekers and government agencies over twenty years

The division into the total number of applicants and the number of persons employed facilitates comparison between the indicators. The first row records all citizens in the category of persons with disabilities who applied to the employment service, while the second row highlights those who ultimately obtained gainful employment. Comparing these rows for each year makes it possible to see how the share of employed persons among all those seeking job search assistance has changed, based solely on official Rosstat data in persons

The annual statistics cover the period from 2005 to 2024 and are presented in the 2025 Russian Statistical Yearbook. This information is updated as new editions of the publication are released and will be useful to social protection specialists, labor market researchers, and employees of relevant agencies analyzing the availability of jobs for persons with disabilities on a national scale
