Current prices, inflation not removed. A growth of more than thirty times over twenty years reflects both higher construction costs and real increase in investments.
The indicator does not equal money spent in the current year: it reflects the volume of work performed and equipment delivered, even if payment occurred in another year.
The series lacks 2001–2004: in the original Rosstat table there is a five‑year step between 2000 and 2005.
