Period and application

The indicator is updated annually by Rosstat from 2005 to 2025. The data will be useful for analysts assessing the level of technological development, businesses making decisions on innovation implementation, and researchers studying the dynamics of economic digitalization

Значение показателя по Российской Федерации за 2017 год, рассчитанное по старой методологии составило 8,5%. При пересчете по обновленной методологии (приказ Росстата от 27.12.2019 No 818), показатель за 2017 год увеличивается до 14,6%. При этом, наблюдается тенденция снижения показателя в 2018 году по отношению к 2017 году. Разница в расчете связана с новой редакцией методологии (установлено 3 критерия для отнесения организации к инновационной, в старой редакции – только 1 критерий). Обновленная методология утверждена в 2019 году для обеспечения международной сопоставимости (в 2018 году были обновлены международные рекомендации (Руководство Осло).
