Statistics are published based on Rosstat annual totals and cover the entire country. Yearly data helps track long-term demographic trends. This information is useful for labor force analysis, social policy planning, and assessing the age dependency ratio on the economy

1) До 2019 г. трудоспособным считается возраст: для мужчин – 16 – 59 лет, для женщин – 16 – 54 года; на конец 2020 г. для мужчин – 16 – 60 лет, для женщин – 16 – 55 лет.; на конец 2021 г. для мужчин – 16 – 61 лет, для женщин – 16 – 56 лет, на конец 2022 г. для мужчин – 16 – 61 лет, для женщин – 16 – 56 лет.

2) Данные за 2015– 2020 гг. пересчитаны с учетом итогов Всероссийской переписи населения 2020 года.
