These data present nine types of communication services and the change in their cost in rubles at the end of each year from 2019 to 2024. Rows are grouped by specific services: including the delivery of a simple letter weighing up to 20 grams, sending parcels weighing 1–2 kilograms, local telephone subscription fees, and other items. The indicators reflect average consumer prices recorded by Rosstat, allowing for the tracking of cost changes for each service over a six-year period without additional calculations

How to read this table

Different types of communication are listed in separate rows for easy comparison of costs and dynamic analysis. For example, domestic simple letter delivery cost 23.16 rubles in 2019, and by the end of 2024, the tariff was 31.12 rubles. Comparing row indicators shows how pricing policy changed in the postal and telephone sectors throughout the observation period. Each value is provided in rubles and is recorded annually at the end of December

What is visible in these numbers

The largest value belongs to “Абонентская плата за пакет услуг сотовой связи, месяц” — 683 at year-end; rubles; the smallest is “Предоставление местного телефонного соединения при повременной системе оплаты услуг связи, за минуту” at 0.68 at year-end; rubles. The gap between them is 1,005-fold.
