2) 2019 г. – государственный сертификат на материнский (семейный) капитал был выдан всем женщинам, родившим (усыновившим) второго ребенка или последующих детей. С 2020 г. учитываются лица, получившие государственный сертификат на материнский (семейный) капитал за первого ребенка и за второго и последующих детей.
