How to read this table
Differences between rows are determined by income level, which in Rosstat data is grouped into five segments of 20 percent of the population each. Comparing these rows shows exactly how incomes changed in each group, starting from the first, whose incomes are minimal, and ending with the fifth, which possesses the greatest resources. By analyzing these series, one can track the dynamics of inequality in per capita monetary receipts, based on official annual indicators for the specified time period
What is visible in these numbers
The largest value belongs to “fifth (with the highest incomes)” — 150,127; the smallest is “first (with the lowest incomes)” at 17,073. The gap between them is 8.8-fold.
