How to read this table

Rows differ by geographic coverage, with the first position assigned to the total for the Russian Federation, followed by data for each constituent entity. Comparing these series allows for identifying the gap in student training levels between regions in a specific year. Since data is provided annually, it is possible to track each entity's progress toward FSES target indicators and see in which regions the share of schoolchildren without the basic level of training is decreasing fastest, and where the trend remains stable

What is visible in these numbers

Five highest values: Nenets Autonomous Okrug (45.7), Republic of Karelia (36.8), Vologda Region (34.8), Yaroslavl Region (33.7), Komi Republic (33). The top five account for 29.8% of the total across all positions

Observations are annual, with 5 observation periods in the dataset. There are 125 values in the table out of 125 possible, which is 100% — almost no empty cells remain
