How to read this table

Comparison of road network status between constituent entities of the RF is possible as each region is listed in a separate row. The indicator for the Russian Federation as a whole serves as a benchmark for assessing the situation in specific entities. From 2019 to 2023, percentage values changed, and the presented series allow for comparing the effectiveness of road works across different regions. For example, in 2019 the value for the RF was 44.47%, and by 2023 it reached 53.36%, reflecting the overall dynamics of the country's road network development

What is visible in these numbers

The five highest values are: Nenets Autonomous Okrug (81.5), Moscow Region (74.4), Voronezh Region (72.1), Belgorod Region (70.6), Ivanovo Region (63.4). The top five account for 26.8% of the total across all positions

Observations are annual, with 5 observation periods in the dataset. There are 125 values in the table out of 125 possible, which is 100% — almost no empty cells remain
