How to read this table

Production volumes vary by the geography presented in the rows. One can compare how the soybean harvest has changed on a national scale, within the Central Federal District, and using the Belgorod Oblast as an example. This helps to see the difference in yields between large administrative units and individual federal subjects, given that the data covers all types of farms operating in the market

What is visible in these numbers

Top five values: Russian Federation (7,055), Central Federal District (3,576), Kursk Region (872.7), Belgorod Region (731.3), Volga Federal District (646.9). The gap between the highest and lowest is 2,694 times. The top five account for 79% of the total across all entries — the distribution is heavily skewed toward the top

Observations are annual and cover 6 periods. Cells with numbers: 150 out of 150 (100%); data gaps are virtually absent
