In January 2021, 6309.98 tonnes of bread and bakery products were recorded in wholesale organizations, reaching 8514.491 tonnes by December. The statistics cover non-small businesses with an average headcount exceeding 15 employees. Rows provide data for the Russian Federation, federal districts, and individual constituent entities, such as the Belgorod Region. Monthly breakdown allows for tracking changes in warehouse stocks throughout the year for each region
