From January to December 2021, a certain amount of flour was held in wholesale trade organizations that are not small businesses with more than 15 employees. The indicator is measured in tons and presented monthly. Rows are categorized by geography, including the Russian Federation, federal districts, and individual regions, allowing for a comparison of stock volumes across different parts of the country throughout the year
