The subsistence minimum in the country is established on various dates; values from 1 January 2021, 1 January 2022, and 1 June 2022 are collected here. Rows are divided by the effective dates of the standards, and columns show the difference between the overall figure for the total population and values for specific groups, such as children. 2) В соответствии с Федеральным законом от 5 декабря 2022 г. No 470-ФЗ «О приостановлении действия отдельных положений статьи 4 Федерального закона «О прожиточном минимуме в Российской Федерации» величина прожиточного минимума на душу населения и по основным социально-демографическим группам населения на 2023 и 2024 годы устанавливается федеральным законом о федеральном бюджете на соответствующий финансовый год и на плановый период.
3) В соответствии с Федеральным законом от 29 октября 2024 г. No 367-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации, приостановлении действия отдельных положений законодательных актов Российской Федерации, признании утратившими силу отдельных положений законодательных актов Российской Федерации и об установлении особенностей исполнения бюджетов бюджетной системы Российской Федерации в 2025 году» величина прожиточного минимума в целом по Российской Федерации на душу населения и по основным социально-демографическим группам населения на 2026 год и последующие годы устанавливается федеральным законом о федеральном бюджете на соответствующий финансовый год и на плановый период.
