Period and application
The statistics are updated annually and cover the period from 2011 to 2023. This information is useful for sociologists, living standards researchers, and government agencies involved in social support and poverty reduction in Russia
1) За 2011 - 2012 гг. - располагаемых ресурсов, начиная с 2013 г. - денежных доходов.
2) За 2011-2012 гг. показатель рассчитан по итогам выборочного обследования бюджетов домашних хозяйств. Начиная с итогов за 2013 год - по итогам (ежегодного) выборочного наблюдения доходов населения и участия в социальных программах.
3) Малоимущие домашние хозяйства - домохозяйства имеющие среднедушевые денежные доходы ниже величины прожиточного минимума (начиная с 2021 года - ниже границы бедности). Величина прожиточного минимума/граница бедности представляет собой расчетную величину, исходя из фактического состава обследуемого домохозяйства и величины прожиточного минимума/границы бедности по социально-демографическим группам населения, установленной в субъекте Российской Федерации по месту проживания обследуемого домохозяйства.
4) Данные приведены без учета статистической информации по Донецкой Народной Республике (ДНР), Луганской Народной Республике (ЛНР), Запорожской и Херсонской областям.
