From 2011 to 2024 Rosstat records the proportion of children aged three to six not attending a kindergarten who are on the waiting list for a place. Values are expressed as a percentage of all children of the relevant age not covered by preschool education. Rows in the table show the annual dynamics, each column representing a specific calendar year, allowing assessment of preschool place availability over the long term
