How to read this table

Row differences are based on country affiliation and the type of financial flow. One can compare the formation of Russia's budget in rubles against the budgets of Austria or Bulgaria in their respective currencies. As the data is provided in different currencies, absolute values cannot be compared directly; however, the internal structure of revenues and expenditures for each country can be tracked over the specified period

What is visible in these numbers

Five largest values: Russia / Russian rouble — Expenditures (62,984), Russia / Russian rouble — Revenues (59,073), Norway / Norwegian krone — Revenues (3,612), Norway / Norwegian krone — Expenditures (2,264), Poland / zloty — Revenues (1,421). The gap between the largest and smallest is 3,936 times. The top five account for 94.2% of the total across all items — the distribution is heavily skewed toward the top

Observations are annual, with 3 observation periods in the dataset. There are 75 values in the table out of 75 possible, which is 100%, meaning the table is almost completely filled

The same indicator for other periods

These series cannot be stitched together Over the common period 2010 values diverge — Rosstat recalculated the indicator using a revised methodology. They cannot be combined into a single chart: a break would appear at the junction, which did not actually occur
